Let’s get your best friend ready for their restoration!
(But before that…please read everything below
before you agree to a restoration.)
Below are the specific instructions I will ask you to follow in order to ensure your friend arrives and leaves in the safest manner possible.
1. A Tracking Device is HIGHLY recommended to add to your package. Put it in a ziplock back and attach it to your stuffie.Please use a heavy duty box for your friend (with room to “grow” after the restoration process is over.) Please make sure your label and the package are tightly wrapped in packing tape. If the label is lost they could be gone forever - let’s make sure this doesn’t happen!

Within 48 hours after your purchase your restoration appointment -
you will receive a message from me (via text or e-mail).
2. Once your friend arrives - I will stay in communication with you through the process. I want to make sure we work together to make sure this restoration goes as well as humanly possible!
3. Stay patient. Restoration’s can take a bit of time - but I promise it is entirely worth it in the end.
4. I will notify you when your best friend is ready to go home and be reunited with you! Make sure you check your e-mail / phone daily for updates on the restoration. You will be provided with the tracking number, a signed signature needed for retrieval of the package (to ensure safety), and insurance. It is up to you to track your package once your sweet stuffie leaves my care.
