“Weeks passed, and the little Rabbit grew very old and shabby, But the Boy loved him just as much. He loved him so hard that He loved all his whiskers off, and the pink lining to his ears turned grey, and his brown spots faded. He Even began to lose his shape, and He scarcely looked like a Rabbit any more, except to the Boy.” -Velveteen Rabbit

  • Karen and "Pooh"

I found Danielle’s restoration on Tik-Tok last year, and something told me that she would be the person I could trust with my 50 year old Winnie the Pooh, boy was I right!!

I went to Disney World the year they opened in 1971, and that’s when I brought Pooh bear home with me. He has been everywhere with me, and is absolutely priceless, so I was obviously nervous about putting him in the mail to anyone. The entire process was so wonderful, she asked so many questions about what I was looking for out of the restoration and put any of my fears at rest. She was in contact with me the entire time by texting, when she received him, the stages of his being restored and getting ready to return home. I knew exactly when he left her hands and was put back in the mail to me, because she truly cares so much about her work and her customers! When I received him back, it was like looking at my old friend once again! She made the sweetest video of his time with her, and I love looking back at it. I can’t thank her enough for all she did to bring him back to life! 🥰♥️

  • Eric, Guy, and "Baby"

When Linkoln arrived T our house with his foster Mom, he was clutching a little naked and beat up baby doll. That was one of his only comforts that had been with him all of his 2 short years on earth. Fast forward to a few months later and Linkoln was officially ours! We wanted to have Baby restored so that he could have it forever and look back on it as an adult. I was put in touch with Danielle from a life long friend and she not only exceeded our expectations, she blew it out of the park! Linkoln was overjoyed and both Daddies will remember the day he opened that package for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Danielle!

  • Jessica and "Doggy"

It’s no secret that I love stuffed animals starting at a very young age. I may be 33 now, but to this day if I’m in a store and see a stuffy on the floor I pick it up to place gently back on the shelf. I contacted Danielle to restore a stuffy whose been in my family for 60 years after following her for some time on Tik Tok. I knew if anyone would bring the care and attention to this helium, it would be Danielle. Shortly after sending out Doggy, my mom suffered a heart attack, which made it even more important to have doggy restored since it was hears. Upon his return, we were all floored by how amazing he looked. Mom said it was like when she first got him when she was a little girl. Needless to say, we are endlessly grateful. I will absolutely be using Danielle again for another special stuffy that needs care and attention.

  • Sarah and "Sad Bear"

I had seen Danielle’s work, but didn’t know her or what to expect. I sent my beloved bear off to her hoping for the best, admittedly a little nervous. After all, these are once in a lifetime treasures.

Danielle was there for me every step of the way. She kept in touch and sent progress pics. I knew my bear was in great hands and it eased my nerves. She returned him to me quickly, but completely restored after 31 years. Her loving and gentle attention to detail ensured that my bear will live another 31 years.

If you’re considering getting your treasured stuffed animal restored by Danielle, I understand how hard it is to put them in the mail and ship them off. However, I encourage you to do it. Danielle is a master of her craft and also a really cool person. Not only did she restore Sadbear, she became a friend. Let’s just say…Danielle understands the assignment.

  • Betsy and "Homer Simpson Slippers"

Danielle did an excellent and meticulous job restoring my husband's 20-year-old Homer slippers! They had seen MANY better days and have been given new life. Thank you, friend!!

  • Morgan and "Lucky"

This restoration service was truly a blessing! I luckily met Danielle through tiktok, and every day I am so happy that it happened. I had a single stuffed animal that I’ve been emotionally attached it. Like most kids, I feared letting it go or giving it to someone which eventually made it dirty. The white plush of my favorite comfort doll was now dingy grey, and as I grew older I decided I was okay with it. I sometimes washed the doll in hopes to fix it, but through the years it slumped and began to age with me. I still cherished it too much to let it go and I had a hard time trusting to give it someone to restore.

When I came across Danielle’s business, scrolling through all the videos made me smile. Seeing the joy she was able to gift other made me warm in my heart. I easily asked her to restore my favorite stuffed animal, and I had no doubts ‘Lucky’ would be in good hands. And I was right! Danielle did a wonderful job, and restored Lucky better than I could ever imagine. She replaced the collar, added a special charm and breathed life back into him. Words can not express how amazed I was, and how charming my favorite doll is. I keep it on my desk every day and smile thankfully.

  • Cassandra and "Big Bear"

"I have big bear in my closet with my blankets for years because I was afraid he would start falling apart. Having two boys that wanted him which I would allow them to for a few minutes then I go back and hide him. Til one day I was on tik tok getting my daily dose of serotonin that is when I saw Danielle's restoration video and loved the kind of person she is. Heck! Even her tiktok name says it. I knew she was the one to fix Big Bear and when I reached out to her and submitted a form as well. She agreed to help fix Big Bear. I was scared to let go and postal service mess up. As Karen said she went above and beyond. Truly a unique and kind soul I would highly recommend. It was a long but worth while wait. He was just like I remembered him when my Tia came down from her car with her 70's hairstyle and heels holding him gently on a Valentine's day 1990's gift him to me. Now, I passed on this, "Big Bear" to my eldest son to make special memories with just as Danielle did intended. Thank you, Danielle if it was for restoration people like you I wouldn't be able have Big Bear like his old self.

  • Karen, Adeline, and "Monkey"

    Restored with Love

When the pandemic hit, my college children came home. My youngest, Adeline, brought home Monkey, who was worn from their life-long companionship. Monkey is more than a stuffed animal; he is Adeline’s soul mate. While scrolling through Tik Tok, I happened upon the incredible restoration work Danielle Allore-Taylor was performing on much loved friends. She seemed to understand the important bond a stuffed animal plays in a child’s life. Monkey was so loved; he was on the verge of falling apart. I knew this would break Adeline’s heart and not allow him to continue to be a friend on her life’s journey.

I reached out to Danielle and she ensured me Monkey would be well cared for during his restoration journey. She even spoke to Adeline to discuss how he would be restored so that important elements of his character would not be lost. We were kept well informed throughout the process as Adeline had never slept without Monkey. As the details emerged: new eyes, cleaned and restuffed fur and bow tie repaired, we were confident that we had sent her friend to someone who understood the importance of maintaining the personality of Monkey.

It then got very interesting. Danielle posted a Tik Tok of the process of restoring Monkey and some unkind individuals posted comments that he was “scary” in appearance. She then wowed us by reading the Velveteen Rabbit as she restored this treasured stuffed animal quoting the most important line, “Everything that is real was imagined first.” She gets it. Her compassionate soul is restoring memories and ensuring those important bonds are not lost. She still has her childhood Rabbit who was also listening to the classic tale of friendship.

It is rare that you meet someone who seems to care about preserving your memories as much as you do. We entrusted Danielle with our most precious possession and her turnaround time was incredible! When I met with Adeline to deliver Monkey, I videoed her response to share with Danielle. It was emotional as two old friends united, including tears and hugs. Danielle’s gift to Adeline and our family is something we can never repay. Monkey is back and ready for more adventures!

If you have a friend you don’t want to lose, contact Danielle and she will restore your stuffed animal so that the memories will never die and the friendship will last forever.

  • Jessica and "Crystal Kitty"

Danielle is amazing! I had her restore my Crystal Kitty TY plush last year and she did a great job. She communicated through every step so I wouldn't worry and got her back to me as soon as she could. Crystal hasn't look this good or felt so soft in a long time and I can't imagine trusting anyone other than Danielle. She's incredible!

  • Jenifer and "Mr. Fugi"

WOW! I am in awe of Danielle Allore-Taylor, her spirit, her story and her work. Danielle brought my precious Mr. Fugi back to life after over 30 years of being loved and smothered. She took the time to listen to my story and learn why this bear means so much to this late-40 something woman! She carefully restored Mr. Fugi to excellent condition, ensuring many more years of snuggling and smothering. Her sweet soul understands that these fluffy friends carry memories and emotions for their owners and she treats each one as though it were a member of the family. I highly recommend Danielle and Fluff Restoration.

  • Wendi and "Ooh and Aah"

We can not recommend Danielle enough . Not only is she incredibly talented, but very personable with great customer service.

I contacted Danielle after following her online for awhile and seeing her work restoring stuffed animals as well as other creative projects. My autistic son was very fixated on the monkeys, Ooh and Aah, who introduced the shows on playhouse Disney years ago. I really wanted to gift him with a plush version of Ooh and Aah and couldn’t find any to purchase. I asked Danielle if she would be able to make them - with just a few screenshots as examples. She took on this challenging job and did wonderful work for us. Our son was so surprised and delighted to open up his custom made plush Ooh and Aah toys at Christmas.

  • The Akers Family and "Magic"

I wanted to say how pleased we were with Danielle's restoration. She just recently finished up our daughter's plush husky, Magic (You may have seen him in Danielle's viral TikTok video!)

Chloe has had Magic since she was born so he's been through everything with her. We have been trying to get Chloe to let us have him restored for the last year or so and Chloe finally agreed.

And Danielle was so patient with us - we told her how just the thought of being away from Magic for a few nights was causing Chloe to have anxiety and trouble sleeping. Danielle offered to do a rush restoration if needed and got Magic back in Chloe's hands in no time! Chloe had a couple requests like keeping the same eyes and keeping his neck a little floppy (the things she loved the most about Magic). Danielle was very understanding and accommodating!

Danielle really understands how much these plushes mean to our kids and how important they are to our childhood memories - it truly shows in what she does. It's not just about cleaning up and restuffing a toy - it's about restoring and cherishing some of the most precious memories - whether it's for you or for your children.

You can see for yourself the "magic" that Danielle did - he's going to be around for years to come for Chloe to enjoy and love.

    Thank you, Danielle!

  • Maddy and "Fred"

I can’t even begin to express how truly gracious I am for finding Fluff Restoration. I originally saw Danielle’s restoration videos on Facebook and decided to look further into it after accidentally washing my childhood stuffed panda, Fred, in a hot load of red colored clothes, which caused him to shrink him and get dyed pink. I reached out to Danielle and got a response immediately. I told her exactly what happened and what I needed to get done and she was so receptive to everything I was telling her. She walked me through the entire process and made me feel really comfortable. Sending off your stuffed animal that you’ve had since you were small is a really hard thing to do, especially with the fear of thinking they could possibly get lost in the mail. Danielle updated me through every step of the way and was constantly texting me updating me when she received my stuffed animal in the mail to how far along in the restoration process she was at. Danielle goes the extra mile when it comes to every stuffed animal she works with because she knows how much these animals mean to us. She does exquisite work on each animal and treats them as if they were hers. Danielle even leaves a little love letter sewn inside your stuffed animal that contains old parts that she had replaced so your stuffed animal still has their original parts inside of them, which I thought was really sweet and a sentimental act to offer. I’m so glad I decided to trust Danielle with something that means the world to me and now I cant wait to pass my stuffed animal onto my kids one day, knowing its fully restored and back to its original state. Thank you Danielle for being an angel on earth!
