INSTRUCTIONS:
Please use a sturdy, heavy-duty box for your item.
Ensure the label and package
are securely wrapped with packing tape.
If the label is lost, your item may
be irretrievable, so please take extra care.

IMPORTANT: Do not send any stuffed animal without prior payment or consultation with me. Restoration work will only be performed with official approval. Thank you for your understanding.

After purchasing your restoration appointment, you will receive a message from me via text or email. If you do not hear from me within 72 hours, please contact me at FluffStuffedAnimalRestoration@gmail.com.

Upon arrival of your item, I will notify you that it has been received safely.

I aim to collaborate closely to ensure the best possible restoration. However, please remain patient - as restorations take some time. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

You will be informed when your item is ready to be returned.

Please monitor your email and phone for updates.

Your item will be shipped via priority service with tracking and insurance - with signature if requested.

Once the package leaves my care, tracking and delivery are your responsibility.
